B.SC./Masters degree with a preference for Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related course from a reputable University with minimum of second class lower division.

REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Eligible candidate must possess the following:

Person Specification

The candidate must be intelligent, articulate, hardworking, and optimistic with a positive attitude, take responsibility able to work under pressure, proactive, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

Successfully establish key operational indicators for each project.

Work with project principals on negotiation, structuring and legal documentation of investments.

Source for new businesses and develop product mix for the unit

Review project related data, including inventories, budgets and planning reports to obtain information on project status and requirements

All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.

Qualification

B.SC./Masters degree with a preference for Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related course from a reputable University with minimum of second class lower division.

Membership of a relevant professional organization

Experience

Minimum of 2-3years post qualification professional experience in real estate finance, development or construction.

Experience with a similar position in the Mortgage banking/financial services sector is compulsory.
