Requirement
Degrees in medicine and public health
Not less than 5years experience focused on supporting hiv/aids/pepfar functions
Good understanding of m&e and quality assurance methods and approaches
(including quantitative, qualitative and participatory) with
qualitative and quantitative research experience
Should be able to analyze and monitor complex health/hiv/aids situations
Must be proficient in the use of access, excel/statistical packages
